We manufacture custom ground racks based on customer drawings, designed for high-precision and high-performance applications. Our racks are available with straight or helical tooth profiles, depending on transmission and noise-reduction requirements. We can supply lengths up to 2200 mm and work with modules up to 30, covering a wide range of applications.
Rigorous inspections and advanced technology
From a quality standpoint, we achieve precision levels up to DIN class 4, thanks to highly controlled grinding processes and state-of-the-art machinery. We also guarantee a maximum pitch error of 0.01 mm per meter, ensuring the synchronization required for applications demanding extremely accurate and repeatable linear motion.
